Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 21, 2025
ExecLabs provides custom professional services to executive teams and businesses. Because all engagements are individually scoped and billed per agreement, the following terms apply.
1. Pricing
ExecLabs does not offer fixed-price products or standard subscription tiers. All services are priced on a per-engagement basis, with fees, deliverables, and timelines defined in a signed proposal or statement of work prior to any billing.
No charges are initiated without a signed agreement. To discuss pricing for a specific engagement, contact us at [email protected].
2. Refund Policy
Payments made for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable. Work is considered complete when deliverables have been provided as defined in the signed agreement.
If ExecLabs is unable to deliver agreed-upon work due to circumstances on our end, any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
Refund requests for work already delivered are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, contact [email protected] with your engagement details.
3. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing 30 days written notice via email. Notice should be sent to [email protected].
Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amounts covering work beyond the cancellation date will be refunded within 14 business days.
Project-based engagements (non-retainer) are governed by the timeline and milestones defined in the signed agreement. Cancellation terms for project work are specified within that agreement.
